How to order

All our menus are printable so orders can either be by fax or made by email or by telephone. Orders can be placed at any time but please be sure to give accurate contact and delivery details with all orders.

Last order times

We require all orders to be placed by 2pm for following day delivery. For Monday deliveries orders need to be placed by 2pm Friday.

Deliveries

We offer a free delivery service within the Cardiff area free delivery will be considered for surrounding areas depending on location and size of order. We will always try to accommodate special delivery requirements however for reasons beyond our control we can not accept responsibility for full requirements not being met. In office blocks all deliveries will be made to reception, unless organised otherwise.

Payment methods

Cash or cheque payments are accepted and are payable on delivery. For larger companies or organisations we can organise account facilities on receipt of a successful credit application. For larger function catering a 10% deposit will be required on ordering.

Confirmation

All buffets and function catering should be confirmed 24hrs prior to delivery.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted up to 24hrs prior to delivery however where a deposit is required this is non-refundable.

Catering hire:

Where a customer requires catering equipment hire, a deposit is required to cover any damage and breakages. All prices include delivery and pick up within the Cardiff area and considered for larger orders in the surrounding orders cleaning is also included in the rental price. Please note that customers are still responsible for any breakages of the free glass hire associated with the drinks package.

Alcohol orders

On alcohol orders it is the responsibility of the customer to confirm they are over the age of 18. There is minimum order of 25 on all orders that solely require alcohol and no other catering service.

Prices

At time of printing all prices are correct however they should only be used as a guide line. We will try to monitor our prices regularly and keep them up to date.

Complaints

We would ask that all complaints are directed to BLC within 24 hrs of receipt of service. We appreciate all forms of feed back as a constructive way to build a better BLC for you the customer.

We have taken every care in providing all the correct product information. However this should only be used as a guidance and any queries should be addressed by telephone.
