Melon wrapped in Parma Ham, Duck & Orange Pate with Crostini (garnished with Watercress Salad), Whole Dressed Salmon (garnished with succulent King prawns), Beef Stroganoff (tenderloin strips of beef with porcini mushroom in a creamy stroganoff sauce), Spinach & Ricotta Quiche, Minted New Potatoes, Wild Rice, Christmas Salad (salad of raspberries glazed walnuts & baby spinach dressed in a raspberry vinaigrette), Stilton with Red Onion Chutney.

Traditional Roast Turkey (hand carved roast turkey served with pigs in blanket, roast potatoes, new potatoes stuffing, winter vegetables, gravy and cranberry).
