Ordering from us
How to order: All our menus are printable so orders can either be faxed or made online by emaling sales@businesslunchcompany.co.uk.
Orders can be placed at any time but please be sure to give accurate contact and delivery details with all orders.
Last order times: We require all orders to be placed by 2pm for following day delivery. For Monday deliveries orders need to be placed by 2pm Saturday.
Alcohol orders: On alcohol orders it is the responsibility of the customer to confirm they are over the age of 18. There is minimum order of £25 on all orders that solely require alcohol and no other catering service.
Deliveries: We offer a free delivery service within the Cardiff area. Free delivery will be considered for surrounding areas depending on location and size of order. We will always try to accommodate special delivery requirements. In office blocks all deliveries will be made to reception.
Payment methods: Cash or cheque payments are accepted and are payable on delivery. For larger companies or organisations we can organise account facilities on receipt of a successful credit application. For larger function catering a 50% deposit will be required on ordering.
Confirmation: All buffets and function catering should be confirmed 24hrs prior to delivery.
Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted up to 6hrs prior to delivery however where a deposit is required this is non-refundable.
