BLC Services
Services at the BLC include daily lunch delivery, a simple buffet service that can be provided on throw away platters, or a full buffet service that provides silver platters, crockery, tableclothes and condiments. An extensive drinks menu that comes with free glass hire is available. We can also provide staff hire.

All our products are prepared daily in a state of the art catering kitchen that is covered by all the relevant laws and regulations. We pride ourselves in using the best quality local ingredients wherever possible, however sometimes we need to go further a field for that little extra to maintain quality.
